5. Online Courses and Digital Products Vision Blueprint offers self-paced online courses, tools, and resources ("Digital Products"). By purchasing these or any other Digital Products from our Site, you agree to the terms of sale provided during the purchase process. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless specifically stated otherwise. Access to Digital Products is provided for individual use only and may not be shared or resold without our express written consent.

6. FundDash FundDash is our suite of tools that includes our FundDash database and other resources designed to help users identify and apply for funding opportunities. By accessing FundDash, you agree to:

  • Use FundDash for lawful purposes only.

  • Not misuse, manipulate, or extract data in violation of these Terms.

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.

  • Accept that we do not guarantee funding or grant success.

  • Acknowledge that some funding information in the database consists of estimates obtained from previous years' funding programs and may be subject to change.

  • Understand that the database is updated regularly to maintain accuracy.

 

FundDash content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or legal advice.

 

7. Payment Terms Payments for Digital Products, services, or subscriptions on the Site are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, including billing information. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in processing payments or any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Limitation of Liability Vision Blueprint, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its Content, products, or services.
